About the lock

when I came to Canada, I went to school. They gave us a lock. I did'n know how to use it . It was hard for me to use it because we did not use it in our country. I told my teacher I need help. She came and explained to me but I didn't understand english. There was one girl who spoke Arabic and she translated for me and it got better.
